TEST-TRACK

TEST-OK includes TEST-TRACK: Powerful testing software and administrative tools for building a full PCB test  All test commands are pre-programmed to build your specific test routines.

Building your test sequence requires little training. Test results are stored in an industry standard database, enabling to trace the results of all tested products, including different test sessions, results and software versions. TEST-TRACK and the database can be installed on any Windows based computer.

Mechanics

The TEST-OK bench – a permanent part of the testing workspace aligns the test modules to the PCB in a controlled and reliable fashion. The test modules feature proven test probes, made in-house and unique to each PCB. Making a set of test modules is as easy as ordering a PCB. In fact it’s the same. This is one of the innovative parts of the TEST-OK system.

The test modules are made of PCB board and framed in standard aluminum profiles. They feature special mechanical fixing and positioning tools such as FAST LOCK. The modules are inserted in the test bench in seconds. They are recognized by the application software and all the test routines are loaded automatically. Close the bench, push the handle down and the PCB is ready to test.

Hardware

The TCC 1800 family of cards is based on an I/O system with 192 connections. All cards are compatible in sense of I/O, but do have a different comunication interfacing with the PC.

Two different card types can be delivered:

  • The TCC 1800 is based on a full isolated USB connection with the PC. The card has among others digital and analog I/O, adjustable DC power supplies, communication channels to the UUT, and in-circuit progranmmers
  • The TCC 1800-UE is based on an Ethernet connection with the PC. Basically it has the same I/O architecture as the TCC 1800. To connect local USB peripherals (such as scanners, programmers, and printers) this card has 5 USB full speed host connectors. In case USB devices are connected on the TCC 1800-UE, these devices are visible over the ethernet, and are controlled by the drivers installed on the local PC.

The basic features of the TCC 1800 family

  • Up to 24V operation for all digital and analog I/O
  • 2 individually controlled power supplies up to 24V / 3A
  • 16 Analog Inputs, 12-bit A/D converters
  • 16 Analog Outputs, 12-bit D/A converters
  • 24 Digital inputs
  • 52 Digital outputs with programmable '1' level
  • Digital I/O is extensible on test module
  • 2 PWM outputs
  • UART channel
  • In-circuit programmers
  • I2C
