Next to the TEST-OK bench, the modules and FAST-LOCKS there are also some other components that are required for testing. The table below features a number of these additional components and explains how they are used for the TEST-OK.

Centring pin
Centring pins are used to keep the PCB in place. The centring pins are available for holes with a diameter ranging from 1.5 mm to 6 mm with increments of 0.5 mm. A drawing representing the exact dimensions and tolerances can be downloaded from here.

Peripheral Positioning pin
The peripheral positioning pin is used for positioning the PCB before the bench can be closed.

Module corner piece
Corner pieces used for building a module frame. A single module frame consists of 4 corner pieces and 4 aluminium profiles.

FAST-LOCK
FAST-LOCKS are used for fixating the PCB when the bench is being closed.

Alu Profile Module type 4000
Aluminium profile to build a module frame. A single module frame consists of aluminium profiles pieces and 4 of 4 corner pieces. The profile has 3 slots for PCB material with a thickness of 1,6 mm. and 3,2 mm., and a PMMA sheet of 5mm.
